It is our goal to make sure that we are meeting the wants and needs of all potential buyers with the features we provide in our homes automatically. 

You will from time to time, see a feature that is considered an "upgrade". However, you will only see this happen when we are trying out a new feature and we are looking for consumer comments along with examining it's appearance and quality. In these rare cases - not only are these features clearly marked, they are also pointed out in your initial visit - we do not wait until the last minute to disclose this to you.

Juliet, this builder, Robert Earheart, Jr., has been building in this area for over 25+ years. This builder is present on site from start to end.
