Home Owner's Association

Wright Farms is governed by an Association of Home Owners, which is managed by Ghertner & Company. All home owners are expected to know and abide by the restrictions and the by-laws associated with the neighborhood.

There is an annual fee, due to all property owners of $600.00. This amount is prorated at the time of closing. Also due at closing is a $500 working capitol fee that all homeowners are charged.
Ghertner & Company does charge a $250 setup for all new residents.
